As the Founder Mugen, Yaroslav Pshenitsyn leads the firm’s mission to help Web3 and AI projects, foundations, and operating companies establish and scale their global operations with confidence. A lawyer by profession and an entrepreneur at heart, Yaroslav brings a strong foundation in corporate law, compliance, regulations and offshore governance, business scaling, guiding clients through the complexities of structuring decentralized adjacent organizations within regulated environments.

Yaroslav’s early exposure through commercial and academic work in the Web3 sector sparked a transition from traditional space to the emerging decentralized economy. Today, he combines his legal background with hands-on operational experience, helping clients navigate the fast-evolving regulatory landscape across the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and other jurisdictions.
