As the Founder of Mugen, Yaroslav Pshenitsyn leads the firm’s mission to help Web3 and AI projects, foundations, and operating companies establish and scale their global operations with confidence. A lawyer by profession and an entrepreneur at heart, Yaroslav brings a strong foundation in corporate law, compliance, regulations and offshore governance, business scaling and guiding clients through the complexities of structuring decentralized adjacent organizations within regulated environments.

Yaroslav’s early exposure to commercial and academic work in the Web3 space motivated his transition from the traditional sector to the emerging decentralized economy. He joined the Chainlink team as Managing Director and Head of Chainlink Foundation. Today, he combines his legal background with hands-on operational experience, helping clients navigate the fast-evolving regulatory landscape across the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and other jurisdictions.

Under his leadership, Mugen has become a trusted partner to blockchain projects and DAOs seeking to align innovation with governance.
